me: no, we don't miss people, we remember them, the only one we miss is 'ourselves', what i used to be and how it used to be for me and how it never will be for me

they dont get you anymore nor do you
told the biker that how sometimes we love people more in retrospect than in actual fact, cos we know so little of their present life and have no understanding of it ...you like them how they were not how they are...how we were...crazy these old forgotten feelings..i wasnt sure he was even listening to me or whether i was even audible to him, well i was cooking and he was reading, yeah thats 'quality time' in marriage ;)
but then he said, well distance and time do give nostalgia, but perspective and objectivity tag along too!
